– Changes : once the booking is confirmed, any changes can only be made by mail to Velvet Ibiza and is subject to hotel availability.
CANCELLATION :
Cancellation until 30 October: 25% fee
Cancellation until 31 December: 50% fee
Cancellation until 28 February: 75% fee
Cancellation as from 1st of March: 100% fee
– No show : in case of no show of the client, no refunds are due.
